Here are this week's specials which are available through next Wednesday, March 29th:

Vegan Mac n' Cheese - Italian "sausage," grilled broccolini, roasted tomatoes, hemp milk mornay, torchio pasta topped with a herb bread crumb.

Ravioli al Uovo - Beet ravioli filled with herbed cheese (goat, ricotta and cream cheese), egg yolk, and served with a bacon and pea buerre fondue.

Grilled Star Prairie Trout - Roasted eggplant, piperade, lemon, olive oil and parsley.
