Keeping You Safe: A Statement on French Meadow's Response to Coronavirus Crisis

We consider our customers part of the French Meadow family, and it is our greatest privilege to nourish and serve you.

At this time, we are maintaining our normal business hours. As we all face the realities and unknowns of the COVID-19 virus, we want you to know steps we are taking to protect our valued guests and staff:

We’ve doubled-down on our already-stringent sanitation and constant hand-washing protocols. We are constantly monitoring and following the best-practice guidelines from the Minnesota Department of Health and the WHO.

We’re mandating that any of our employees, all of whom have paid sick and safe time, who feel sick or been exposed to an infected individual stay home.

We are eliminating items that are communally handled by guests, including self-service menus, condiments on tables, and more. Menus and table signs are being sanitized after each use with an approved antimicrobial solution infused with essential oils.

In addition to staying open to offer dining in our restaurants, we offer delivery options through BiteSquad and now GrubHub -- links here -- as well. As always, our food and bakery items are available to-go by calling in. We are going to be offering curbside pickup for takeout orders, and we'll make an announcement once this is set up. We also have our own catering service that delivers with 24-hour notice, available here.

We remain committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff. We urge everyone to take personal measures not only to avoid exposure, but to focus on healthy eating. Be sure to take advantage of our organic and non-GMO dishes that help to boost the immune system and nurture the body, such as the Heart-Healthy Fruit & Nut Oatmeal, Zen Salad, Spa Salad, Michio Bowl, and Healing Plate. Every little bit helps.

We appreciate your support as we all navigate this temporary situation. After 35 years serving the community, we remain committed to providing a welcoming haven and delicious food for our customers. Whether you are a loyal "regular" or someone who's just discovered French Meadow, be assured that during this temporary crisis we will continue to do everything we can to keep you safe, while ensuring that you won't be deprived of the food you know and love.
