Catering Order Pick Up/Delivery Hours:

Monday - Sunday  7:30am - 8pm

Since 1985 French Meadow has prepared meals with the highest quality fresh, local, and organic ingredients, and we have stayed true to these ideals in the development of our catering menus.

French Meadow serves the Twin Cities metro area with our convenient catering -- both full-service and drop-off style delivery. Our menus include a full selection of organic sandwiches, salads, breakfast, and entrees. Additionally we offer our famous fresh baked tarts, mini cupcakes, simple wedding cakes, cookies, and bar bites in a variety that includes ample gluten- free and vegan options.

Catering Terms and Conditions

I. Service overview

French Meadow Café catering is a drop-off service. Orders are delivered on disposable trays and platters. Our team will set up and arrange items on a designated table or surface, but does not serve food or provide cleanup. Serving utensils are included with every order. All catering orders are fulfilled from our Lyndale Avenue location in Minneapolis, MN.

II. Minimums & fees

A $200 food and beverage minimum applies to all delivery orders (pre-tax, pre-service charge). A $25 - $50 ( Depending on the distance) delivery fee is applied to all delivery orders. A 20% non-gratuity service charge is automatically added to the pre-tax subtotal of all catering orders, including pickup. This charge covers operational costs and is not distributed as a tip to individual staff. Any additional gratuity for delivery staff is optional.

III. Order timing

All catering orders require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. Our earliest available delivery time is 7:30 AM.

IV. Changes & cancellations

Changes or cancellations to an existing order must be submitted a minimum of  7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within the 7-day window will result in a charge equal to 50% of the original order total.

V. Right to Modify Terms & Conditions

French Meadow reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revised Terms & Conditions shall become effective upon written notice to the client/host. They shall apply to all future bookings and, where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, safety, or regulatory reasons, to existing bookings.

VII. Place an order

Our catering menu is available at frenchmeadowcafe.com. To receive a proposal, please provide the following:

1. The items you wish to serve at your event

2. Delivery address and time, or preferred pickup time

3. Number of guests in attendance

4. Whether plates, napkins, bowls, cups, and cutlery are needed ($3.00/guest) or cutlery only ($0.75/guest)

6. Charges may apply serving utensils

5. Any dietary restrictions or food allergies in the group

Once your proposal is finalized, payment information will be required to secure the order.
